Once you get an email that your package is out for delivery your package should be on its way. If package shows it's been delivered, please contact your local post office. If a package gets lost, please file a dispute with your post office and contact us with the details from the post office by email. If package is damaged from being shipped, please provide details from your local post office along with photos and send us all of the information with photos.
